 RE: RE: focal length
  by Barbara

Thank you very much... your answer was a great help for me...
just now i succeeded in doing astrometry with your asteroid images (for this i needed the focal length of the Andreas Michalitsianos Telescope, and i didn't know what f/6 means... so, now with the 60cm cassegrain and f/6 there's a focal length of 3600mm. that's great :)
With this i hope i can say now exactly which Apogee CCD-camera they used (i tried with a pixel size of 20 microns and found out that then it must be a focal length of 2700mm... now with 3600mm they should be about 27 microns.

So, do they observe on the Andreas Michalitsianos Telescope with a AP 7 or was it with another detector in e.g 2x2 binning?

...your ccd-images are so interesting;
(especially with the photometry) it's so fantastic that one can really see the rotation of the asteroid wesson...

it's a great pleasure for me to take part in this contest...

Best Regards,

Barbara
